BLS Blended Learning
BLS Blended Learning offers a flexible way to earn your American Heart Association® BLS certification. First, you'll purchase and complete the required HeartCode® BLS online course separately at your own pace. Once you've finished, schedule a skills session at one of our training centers, where you'll demonstrate your CPR skills using our training equipment.
No instructor will be physically present during your appointment. Instead, you'll connect live with a certified American Heart Association® instructor through Zoom or Google Meet. Your instructor will guide you through the skills session, evaluate your performance, answer questions, and verify successful completion before your certification is issued.
Step 1: Schedule Your Skills Session
Choose the training Location, date, and time that works best for your hands-on skills assessment.
Step 2: Complete the Online Course
Purchase and complete the required American Heart Association® HeartCode® BLS online course before your skill check: https://shopcpr.heart.org/heartcode-bls
Step 3: Attend Your Skills Session
Visit your selected training location and complete your hands-on skills assessment using our equipment. During the session, you'll connect live with an AHA instructor through Zoom or Google Meet, who will guide you and evaluate your performance.
Step 4: Receive Your Certification
After successfully completing your skills assessment, you'll receive your American Heart Association® BLS Provider eCard.
